Data controller

This policy applies to the website iglesiatampabay.org, operated by Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Movimiento Internacional Inc. 280, located at 14214 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa FL 33613. For any questions about your data, write us at info@iglesiatampabay.org.

What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through:

• Contact, prayer, and plan-your-visit forms: name, email, optional phone, and the message you write.
• Newsletter signup: email address only.
• Push notifications (PWA): only the technical endpoint that delivers Web Push (we do not tie your identity to your notification subscription).
• Donations: processed directly by PushPay. Iglesia Tampa Bay does not receive or store card or bank account information.
• Automatic technical data: your browser may send IP address, device type, and pages visited (processed by our hosting provider for security and performance, not for profiling).

How we use it

We use your information exclusively to:

• Respond when you fill out a form.
• Coordinate your visit or connect you with a ministry you ask about.
• Send you the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime from the link at the bottom of any email).
• Send notifications for services, events, and announcements if you enabled them in the app.
• Meet accounting and tax obligations (donations).

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed: contact-form messages up to 3 years for pastoral follow-up; newsletter emails while you're subscribed; donation records for 7 years for tax compliance. Push notification subscriptions are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Third-party processors

We share data only with the following processors, who are subject to their own privacy policies:

• PushPay — donation processing (pushpay.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Railway — database and backend (railway.app/legal/privacy)
• Cloudinary — image storage (cloudinary.com/privacy)
• Google (YouTube embed, Fonts) — videos and typography (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Web Push (Firebase/Apple/Mozilla) — notification delivery when you enable them

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to function (admin session, language preference). We do not use marketing cookies, third-party tracking, or public Google Analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your information (except donations, due to accounting obligations).
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter or notifications.
• Send you a copy of your data.

Write us at info@iglesiatampabay.org and we'll respond within 30 days at most.

Minors

The website is open to families, but we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. When a minor participates in ITB Kids or NextGen, the information is provided by the parent or guardian on the ministry's own forms (paper or digital), governed separately.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the document and, if changes are material, announce them in the newsletter. The current version is the one published on this page.
